Wash and dry all produce. Preheat oven to 475°F. Take @cream cheese{8%oz} out of refrigerator to soften. Halve, peel, and finely chop @yellow onion{1%unit}. Roughly chop @spinach{4%oz}. Drain and rinse @black beans{15%oz}.

Heat a large drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a #large skillet{} over medium-high heat. Add onion and season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Cook until softened, ~{3%minutes}. Add @ground turkey{16%oz} and @fajita spice blend{1%tbsp}, breaking up meat into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, ~{4%minutes}.

Stir @diced tomatoes{14.5%oz} and spinach into pan. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, ~{3%minutes}. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, add cream cheese and beans to a #medium bowl{}. Mash with a #potato masher{} or fork until mostly smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread bean mixture in an even layer onto one side of each @flour tortillas{4%unit}. Divide turkey mixture between each, then roll up tortillas like wraps. If you can not fit all of the turkey inside, that is fine.

Place burritos in a #baking dish{} seam-side down. If you have extra turkey, or if some spills out, sprinkle it around the burritos. Sprinkle @cheddar cheese{1%cup} over top. Bake in oven until cheese is melted and burritos are warmed through, ~{5%minutes}.

While burritos bake, roughly chop @cilantro{1%bunch} and cut @lime{1%unit} into wedges. Once burritos are finished, sprinkle cilantro over top of dish. Divide burritos between plates and serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over.
